Porcelain or sintered surfaces

Porcelain materials are characterized by their versatility, convenient format and resistance to chemicals, scratches, extreme temperatures and stains, since the level of porosity they have is practically nonexistent .

In addition, they can be used in many different applications, whether in kitchen countertops, flooring, cladding, and even conventional or ventilated facades.

The main brands on the market that we work with are:

Pamesa, Porcelanosa, Techlam, Keraben, Saloni, Neolith, TAU and Florim among others.

Quartz

Quartz has similar characteristics to porcelain materials, although they are not the same, since the materials from which they are made vary considerably.

Compact quartz countertops are made of 94 to 96% quartz and 4 to 6% resins, glass, and pigments.

Quartz is slightly sensitive to very high temperatures, so working with direct heat on the countertop is not recommended. For example, we don't recommend placing a pot just removed from the stove on the countertop. On the other hand, it is resistant to stains and scratches.

The main brands on the market and with which we work are : Silestone and Compac

Solid surfaces

The main characteristic of solid surfaces is that, thanks to heat molding, they allow seamless installations, giving the appearance of being a single piece. This characteristic must be taken into account and heat should not be applied directly, as this could cause staining or warping.

These materials are also very versatile in their applications and come in countless colors.

They are usually composed of natural minerals (ATH: Alumina Trihydrate) and a low percentage of resins.

The main brands on the market and with which we work are : Corian and Krion
